This card was made using the new Cricut Lite Trick or Treat cartridge, now available at cricut.com and at Walmart (at stores and online). I love this fun, whimsical cartridge! Check out all the fun things on it below:
I made this shaped card in the Cricut Craft Room (see HERE for more details on the Cricut Craft Room) and it will fit nicely in a 5x5 envelope. I created two purple sections, flipped one of them and then welded it to the original to create the card. It's a nice size to use for a card and it would make a really cute invitation to a Halloween party.

PUMPKIN BARS
Mix:
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
I added in 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice as we love spice
1/4 cup SF vanilla syrup
1/4 cup SF almond syrup ( you can do all vanilla also)
6 packets splenda
Then mix:
1 cup mashed pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Mix dry into wet and pour into sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Bake 350 for 30-40 min. Let cool then frost. Really good next day!!! If they last that long!!!
Cream Cheese Maple Frosting
4 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp softened butter
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tsp maple extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pk splenda
some SF vanilla syrup to get to spreading consistency
Mix all together till smooth and spread on bars!

Thank you for your recipie. Pumpkin poe os by far my favorite. However I must share. A friend and myself were teaching a class this month that was themed with Pum pkons. We made paper Pumpkins in a basket as well as cookbook pages. For the cookbook pages we gave out 8 different pumpkin recepies ranging from Pumpkin pie,cookies, fudge, to Pumpkin Soup, curry and ravioli. It was a great success!

Pumpkin chiffon pie is my favorite. After the pumpkin mixture is cooked and cooled, you carefully fold in whipped egg whites - it's so light and fluffy! Delicious!

That's a darling card. I love my sister's pumpkin pie, lots of pecans and cinnamon.
I love pumpkin seeds! I soak them in salt water for an hour, drain them (not rinse them), and put them in the oven on a cookie sheet on "Warm" until they've dried out (usually about 2 hours...sometimes overnight).

MMM pumpkin! Every year the elementary school gives me all their pumpkins after halloween. I process them all and have enough pumpkin for the entire year! My family's favourite is pumpkin pie and pumpkin pudding (the pie filling baked in custard cups with no crust). Your bars sound great!
