Cut Above the Rest Masculine Card

I found another cute digital card in the Cricut Craft Room called Father's Day Card - Barbershop and it sells for $1.99 (click HERE to buy).  As I may have mentioned, September is a month with three boy birthdays in it for me (my dad, my father-in-law and my son).  Since this card doesn't specifically mention Father's Day, it's perfect for a birthday card also.  And so easy to cut out!  Two layers!
I added in some white stitching to put a little interest on the front.  But, mostly I kept it the same because I wanted you to see such an easy, quick card is available in the Cricut Craft Room.
On the inside, I added in the white section for the written sentiment and one of the combs that got cut out when the front got cut.  I added some white stitching there also.  I sized the card at 5"x5".
Hope you enjoyed today's fun and easy masculine card!

Don't forget we are giving away a Cricut Trick or Treat Cartridge - too darn cute - see below!!
How can you win?
1) Leave a comment below letting me know if you make any Halloween food related treats.  One year, my kids and I decorated chocolate cupcakes with green and purple frosting and used different candies to make them into monster faces.  Very fun project!
2) Subscribe or follow the blog!

If you are having problems leaving comments, try to leave one by clicking the "anonymous" button and being sure to put something in the comment that would identify you (for example: "Loved this card!  I make Halloween cookies to celebrate. Thanks, Joy who loves Cats").

Winner will be announced on Sunday, September 23, 2012 and has two weeks to claim prize.  Allow 4-6 weeks to receive.

Be sure and check out Joy's and Melanie's personal blogs for more creative goodness at Obsessed with Scrapbooking and Courtney Lane Designs!

I made several different spooky foods when my daughter was small. What we didn't use for Halloween we had at her birthday which just happens to be Nov. 1st. My grandson's school's don't allow homemade snacks or treats so I just do treat bags with decorated toppers with bought treats as fillers.

I don't normally make anything for Halloween as a special treat. The kids do love to trick or treat. If I make anything it's more of a fall pumpkin spice muffins type treat

Thanks for the chance to win. I usually bake something special for my staff

Because I am a cake decorator by trade, I make lots of Halloween baked goodies. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc. By the time Halloween actually gets here, I'm usually tired of making goodies for Halloween. Thanks for the chance to win this cartridge!
