Today's hexagonal flower box comes from the wonderful Cricut Close to My Heart Artiste cartridge. This was a really easy box to put together and the flowers themselves actually hold the whole thing together so you really don't need to even glue.
I cut the box at 9.375" to get the largest box I could. It comes with score lines to help you figure out how to make the folds. Also, the Cricut Close to My Heart Artiste cartridge comes with a separate booklet showing how to make all the boxes on the cartridge (bonus!). There is plenty of room inside for things like kisses or starburst candies. I chose to cut two flowers and then offset them.
Now, I used one of the stamp sets that come with the Cricut Close to My Heart Artiste cartridge to make the "hip-hip-hooray" sign. The stamp set tells you exactly where the banner cut is on the cartridge and what size to cut it at. What could be easier? No more fussy cutting!
Here is another view of the project.
