This time of year, there's always so much fruit around and it's all so gorgeous. I thought a fun fruit card was in order since fruit is on my mind (and in my tummy...LOL!).
Anyway, one of my favorite Cricut cartridges for fruit images is the Cricut Preserves cartridge. It not only has the different fruit images, but also labels, recipe cards, phrases, etc. The strawberries and the label on the card are both on the cartridge.
I popped up the strawberries to give a little depth to the card.
I cut the berries at 2" and the tag at around 3" (files are available below).
The "You're Berrylicious" stamp is from Jaded Blossom's Feeling Fruity set. Paper is by K&Company. Ribbon by Papertrey Ink. Card is 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".
I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July. We saw the best fireworks (ranked in the top 10 of the nation) on the 3rd and managed to avoid a ton of traffic also. LOVE it when that happens.

Mmmmmmmm pineapples there is now other fruit so delicious and yet such a pain to get to.
I know you can buy tinned pineapple but it's not the same. There is also the sense of satisfaction you get from taking the skin off.

I almost bought this cartridge now I wish I had. The fruit looks good enough to eat right off the card. Love the background paper. My favorite fruit would have to be blueberries. They taste good and are full of antioxidants.

I like bananas! They are great alone, in smoothies, on toast, etc. They are so easy to pack in lunches or just for snacks for the little ones!

I really like this card and I have the preserves cartridge and tend to use it a lot. My favorite fruit is raspberries and I like them any way I can get them, plain, sconces, muffins, smoothies, with lemonade, jam and desserts!!
Berry sweet and cute! Peaches are my favorite fruit. I eat them as they are, and I make peach cobbler almost weekly when they're in season. I also can them to enjoy a taste of summer in fall and winter.

This card just screams summer! It's so bright and cheerful, it puts a smile on my face, (even in this sweltering heat without A/C)!
As for my favorite fruit...that's tough! I LOVE fruits and veggies. But, blueberries have a slight edge where versatility and ease of use are concerned: by the handful, frozen in milk and sprinkled with sugar, muffins and pies, pancakes and pies...oh, my! In yogurt and smoothies, salads and cereals. And, of course, as preserves spread on...Well, you get the picture. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

Love the card! Strawberries are a favorite in my household but I have to also say fuji apples - which are available (and sweet) almost year round!
Mine are watermelon. I like mine fresh cut in cube ready to eat anytime of the day, in smoothies as well. Even my daughter's dog likes it. It 's refresh me on hottes day

My favorite fruit in the whole world is blueberries and I am fortunate tohave two blueberry bushes in my yard, so every year I pick blueberries. except this year they did not produce due to one new plant and the other one is pretty old, so I headed to the blueberry farm this year and picked 33 lbs of my favorite berry at $2.00 a lb. What a deal.
