Thanking of you card made using the To the Cabin cartridge and the Country Boutique paper.

Hello, everyone!

I have been very busy and have not had my ear to the ground as much as I usually do. However, this past week I have noticed that several of my favorite Cricut blogs do not show Cricut anymore and mainly show other machines. While I'm not sure exactly what has caused this shift, we want you all to know that we are still all Cricut all the time. There is no desire between us to switch teams, so if you are a Cricut addict like us, you are at the right place. If you just love crafting with diecuts stick around too because you can translate all of our designs into most anything you are doing using die cuts. I for one am going to continue to follow all of my favorite bloggers regardless of what machine they are using as I love the inspiration they give. We just wanted you all know what you can expect of us and that we have not fallen off our Cricut path!

Today I have a card that I have made using the To the Cabin cartridge and the Country Boutique paper line from Fancy Pants. We are giving away a pack of this paper this week to one lucky follower, so make sure you check the bottom of this post to see what you need to do to get in on the drawing!

Here is the CCR file: https://www.box.com/s/ac59eb9631b787ca54fd

I love the soft colors of the Country Boutique collection. They really are perfect with your design! It's good to know that Everyday Cricut is still all Cricut all the time. It's kind of amusing (also slightly frustrating) to go to a blog with Cricut in the name and they are using another machine and therefore something I don't have. I agree that some of the ideas can be used, but it's good to know we can count on you to have projects using a Cricut!

Lovely card! The papers are perfect!

I am SO thankful you are sticking with Cricut. I have no desire to have the other machines but do still follow a few blogs who do. I mean each of us has our own way of doing things and we each need to be comfortable and happy. I am comfortable and happy with my Expression and Imagine so that's where I'll stay. Love the card..the colors are great!

I recently purchased some things from the Fancy Pant's "Dancing Girl" line and had been given some samples of the "Oct 31", "Saint Nick" and "Off to School" at CHA last year and I love them! I am already a follower/subscriber

Beautiful papers, beautiful card! I was unfamiliar with "Fancy Pants", so thank you for the introduction...I'm now a FP subscriber. I'm grateful for the opportunity to win!
As far as Cricut goes, I'm glad you're sticking with them. It's always nice to see what's new. But, I could never afford to replace my machine and cartridges. Also, I'm not tech savvy. So the thought of relying on my computer to craft, is not only terrifying, but it takes the joy out of crafting!

Your thank you card is very pretty and I love that it can be used for a guy as well. Guy cards are the hardest for me. I don't have To The Cabin cart. I look through my other carts and am able to come up with something very close.
Thank you

Wish I had the time to make all those wonderful cards. I am making tag cards with sentiments to use to insert into plain cards for when i don't have time to make a card. they are really turning out cute. I use those big beige tags that offices use to tag things like furniture etc. they have a wire on them, I just cut it off. study and big enough to make a really great tag. Cannot wait till sunday to see if I win.

I to have noticed Cricut's fall. Even HSN is clearing out a lot of their stuff. The new takeover and housecleaning may have hurt them. I have the original cricut, the expression and the gypsy, but not a lot of cartridges. Maybe 18 or so. I haven't really used them. Can't figure out the gypsy and the expression, about 18 months old now is still in the box. One day, I'll have time to figure them out.

Very pretty colors! The paper looks so good with the layout and the leaves. This could be such a cute fall card! Great job!

I don't follow many blogs (yours is the one I go to first) but the ones I do they're all about the product they sell and not about the Cricut machines themselves. I personally LOVE my Cricut, flaws and all. I have an Imagine and an original baby cricut. I also own a Gypsy. Keep up the Great Work!!

Although I don't get on as often as I would like and therefore don't have an opportunity to enter comments on a timely basis, I want to thank the two of you for being there daily. Whether I am there daily or not, the two of you are and I love the dose of motivation I get.

Thank you for your comments about the other machines...I too have noticed comments regarding the "lack" of what Cricut can do compared to some of the other machines. It sometimes makes me wonder, but I too I chosen to stick with Cricut. I have lots of $$$ tied into Cricut and I love what it does for me. I feel like Provo Craft was the first to introduce this fantastic machine and the customer service I have received from Provo Craft has been fantastic. I do think Provo Craft will be working on new designs and capabilites for their products. Thank you for the comments, I feel as if we need to see that from designers like both of you.

On a final note, Joy and Melanie your designs are always awesome, the attention to detail is fantastic and your projects are always top quality in my book.

Thank you!
