Cricut Lite Billionaire cartridge. I cut out this car image at 4", all the layers except for the shadow layer. Since I didn't use the shadow feature, I had to add in the windows, so I used some silver Stardream shiny paper for them. The card is sized at 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".
I intended the car to go off the card so it could fill the space. I just then used the trimmer to slice off the back end of the car. The background paper is from Bella Blvd. and the cardstock is from Core'dinations. I used a Studio G stamp for the sentiment and punched it out with an EK Success punch. I laid the sentiment on top of a (conveniently) matching ribbon I had handy. Viola! Done!
My second Father's Day card is from the Summer Celebrations Cricut cartridge. I cut this Super Dad emblem at 4-3/4". This is actually an easel card made in A2 size (4-1/4"x5-1/2"). Below you see it flattened and then propped up. Paper by Close to My Heart.
Don't forget we are giving away a Cricut Spring Cottage cartridge this week!
