Thanks card made using the Bloom and Cupcake wrappers cartridges

Hello, everyone!!

Today's card is made using two of the new Cricut Lite cartridges...Bloom and Cupcake Wrappers. When I originally designed this card I had designed it using Bloom and Feeling Groovy, but in the midst of making it I came across the great 'thanks' cut on cupcake wrappers that I think worked better. This ended up being one of my favorite cards that I have made using the new Lite cartridges thus far.

The flower spray is from Bloom and is cut at 3". I used Papertrey Ink patterned paper and ribbon.

'thanks' was cut using the topper feature from Cupcake Wrappers at 2 1/2".

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Don't forget we are giving away an Over the Hill Cricut cartridge this week!

I like the use if the cupcake toppers for this beautiful card.

I've been crafting for almost 40 years. I've done jewelry, beading, embroidery, plastic canvas, tole painting, ceramics, miniatures, quilling, stamping, dough art, clay art, scrapbooking, card making, and a little sewing. But I feel more creative with my papercrafts. I recently made table decorations for my son's graduation party.

Love the ideas on this blog.

The card is wonderful. The die cut images look almost like chipboard they are so dimensional looking. As far as crafty things I made a scrapbook layout using a new piece of artwork, Thor, my daughter created for me after we saw the move The Avengers and Thor is my fav character from the movie. Ck out my 6/6/12 Thor Scrapbook Layout blog post. The 'prove your not a robot' thingies with the 2 tiny tiny (yes they are very tiny) characters are crazy.
