Today I want to show you a bag I made using the new Teresa Collins Chic and Scary cartridge that is just perfect for Trick or Treating! You may have seen this bag in the Provo Craft look book. I have cut fabric once. Ice cream cones. I didn't use starch, that probably would have helped. It went o.k. I had to be away from the edge of the fabric.
