I hope you have all had a good week. Those of you on the east cost of the the US please be safe this weekend! I was watching the evening news Thursday night and it looks like it could get kind of rough. I am sure you all welcome the rain, but all of the wind and severe weather can just stay in the Atlantic!
Today I have a layout I made using the Teresa Collins Chic and Scary cartridge. My favorite part of this layout is the little banner. I have seen so many people do something similar, so I am glad I was finally able to make my own version!

| The paper is from DCWV. |

| I cut this scalloped circle out at 3 1/2" and stamped it with a Close To My Heart stamp (that is unfortunately now retired). |
 |
| I cut the banner out at 2" and the scallops out at 1 1/2". The bat is cut out at 3/4", the witch and cat are cut out at 1 1/4", and the pumpkin is cut out at 1". |
 |
| I cut the title out at 6". |
 |
| The swirls are cut out at 2". I am not sure what cartridge they are from as I made this layout nearly two months ago. I really should take better notes! |

Oh my, I think this is my favorite Halloween LO ever! I have gotten tired of the dark and scary ones that tend to loose the precious photos the LO's are supposed to be highlighting lol. I love the lay out, makes me think about Scrapbooking which I've only done 2 or 3 pages in my life. I've always been a card maker. Scrapbooking seems to overwhelm me with all the photos I have. But this layout is so cute and uncomplicated, it's giving me second thoughts on Scrapbooking. Maybe that light would be a boost in that direction!!!
