If you don't have the Sophie Cricut cartridge, similar shapes can be found on Elegant Cakes, Damask Decor (a gorgeous cartridge!), Creative Memories Reminisce Accents, Sophisticated, etc. I cut this shape at 6".
There is a card feature on Sophie - I cut this card at 3" and backed it with pink as an accent color. Again, I tried black initially but it was too harsh. Green would have worked also, though.
I added adhesive metal gems to the center outline. They come in lines of adhesive so the straight parts were easy to do.
I finally added a strip of adhesive and then bunched up satin ribbon along it for a final touch.
