Art Nouveau Tulip Gift Bag

This quick, easy and pretty gift bag was made using the new Cricut Art Nouveau cartridge.  I love decorating gift bags!  It's really easy and fun and then you can personalize it to the person's taste!  This one is for my mom's birthday, which is coming up in a few weeks.

I loved these beautiful tulips and thought it would make a good center focal point to my gift bag.  There are such gorgeous flowers on this cartridge and they are so easy to cut!  I cut the tulips at 7".  The white background is actually the shadow layer for the cut.  Then, I added a black border to it to make it pop.

Now, for the kicker....the bag is actually more like the purple shown below.  I had to lighten the photo considerably to get it to the actual color.  Don't know what it is about photographing purple but it can be tricky.
