What to give teachers at the end of the year?
That was the question I was just facing last month and thought this tissue box was fun and could be displayed in the classroom - functional and cute! You can find these decorative acrylic tissue boxes at Hobby Lobby.
The new Cricut Lite Recess cartridge has just the cutest images on it for elementary school teachers.
Take a peek below:
I chose a different motif for each side but stuck to a basic pattern of kraft or red background with decorative October Afternoon papers complementing the various cuts. All in all, there are 11 cuts on the project.

As a teacher, I go through tons of tissues. This would be a great cover-up for those "fabulous" tissue boxes we get. Any chance of seeing a flat long box for decorative purposes? Most boxes we get are long and flat as opposed to tall and square

I'd love to have that cartridge! We,Charlestonians, have a man who's been creating ornamental iron works in the area for about 70years! He's taught his son or grandson, but they of course will have their own style. So when he's gone... well anyway. We're on limited funds, so no cartridge buying. And by the time I can buy it, there won't be any more, since it's been discontinued. :( So I sure hope I win this one. I'd love to make a page layout for this man and his family. And for myself too, to keep my kids remembering part of Charlestons heritage.
