Guess what? We're all lucky today, as you're about to find out!
But, first, let's take a look at today's simple Good Luck card from the new Cricut Lite cartridge, Celebrate with Flourish! OK, I just have to say that this is probably my favorite cartridge from the new release of Cricut Lites! It's just so versatile!
My card is a standard A2 card (4-1/4" x 5-1/2" when folded) and I extended the shamrocks out, figuring I could use a little bit larger envelope to accommodate them. Sometimes, you just got to go outside the boundary lines, know what I mean? Or maybe since I live in Texas, I don't want to be fenced in...
I cut these shamrocks at 4-1/2". Remember, with shadowed images, you always cut your shadow FIRST, making sure it is the size you want. Then, add in your base cuts. Sometimes, the shadows can be quite a bit larger than you might expect so this is very important.
The paper used on this card is from Core'dinations, Bo Bunny (dotted paper) and October Afternoon. Stamp from Papertrey Ink - their mixed mega messages set may be the last sentiment set you ever need to buy again - incredible for card makers! Lace cut is from the Martha Stewart Lace edge punch.
