Thank Ewe from Just Because Cards Cartridge!

Hi, this is Joy with today's fancy card made using the new, soon-to-be released Just Because Cards Cricut Cartridge! The card isn't too difficult; however, I used it a little differently than intended so I thought I would explore those differences.

You may already know that the beauty of this Just Because Cards Cricut Cartridge is that you can set the dial to one size and then make all your cuts from the card base to all the word and image art all the way to the matching envelope. So, the notion is to use it in that manner.

But, I wanted a square card! And my "ewe" is supposed to be on a rectangular card! With a large shaped background that I didn't want to use! I know, I had to make it difficult!

Here are my cuts:

Card base is 5 1/2" x 11" - scored and folded in half.
Ewe is cut at 5 1/2".
Layered shaped base the ewe sits on is cut at 4 1/4" for outline and 4" for inside section.
Word art (thank ewe) is cut at 3 1/2".

Paper is by DCWV's newest stack called Flower Shower Spring Stack that I just picked up at Joann's. Ink by Colorbok and Papertrey Ink. I love to ink all the edges.

I used the Cuttlebug to add swirls (Divine Swirls folder) to the white glittery layer on the sheep and dots (using Swiss Dots) to the pink background section.

I always like to add some interest on the inside and a place to write if the cardstock is dark. It's so quick and easy to do.
