The first card is cut from that adorable mini 'Snow Friends' cartridge. I used the new Crate paper line called 'North Pole' and Core'dinations cardstock.

This little snowman is cut at 3". The snow is just torn core'dinations cardstock.

Also, the sentiment is a sticker from the paper pack. It was too perfect not to use!

This next card is one that Tammy did, and I absolutely loved it when I saw it.
The frame around the photo is from STAND & SALUTE (pg61) and was cut out at 5 3/4".

The hat and the mittens are both from WINTER WOODLAND (pgs 48 & 49) and were cut out at 2" each.

Can't forget the inside. Great for a personal message, or you could print your sentiments up on the computer and attach it here. The scalloped square is from WINTER WOODLAND.

This last card is one that Joy made. I thought this gingerbread man looked good enough to eat!

He was cut at 4" using the regular and shadow keys on the From the Kitchen cartridge. She also used the layers feature key to make his eyes, mouth and buttons.
I hope you liked these cards as much as we liked making them! When we come back next year we will have so many more cards to show you. I think you guys are going to love our new format.
I hope you all are having a wonderful week!

How on earth did you do the fluff on the hat and mittens? Cool Beans. So glad the Calendar Girls will continue to give eye candy. imafarmgirl
All of the card designs were wonderful. I loved the gingerbread I just simplified it for my use.
My other favorites were week 16 the ornament card and week 18 the Christmas tree card. I made a few of these.
I'll be honest I am not a card maker so I went for the simplified or I simplified the fancy card to fit my personality/time.
The best part about making the cards is the sentiment, Merry Christmas! I still like to see that on my Christmas cards and it's getting harder and harder to find that sentiment on printed cards.
The 3 cards you selected were beautifully done.
Still great cards.
Next year you are bringing us a new format. Do you realize next year is in two days? I can sit here,in front of my computer, and hold my breath that long. I'm so excited.

I loved all the cards you ladies made, even the guests.I am looking forward to the new year and the new ideas from you and other guests. I am just glad you ladies are continuing this, you are awesome.
Hi guys! During the live thingy a couple of weeks ago you talked about Serenade and the other store unique carts going on sale at other places. There was also one at Micheals and one at Target.
I was in Roberts Crafts (which is a craft store in Utah owned by Provo craft) last week talking to the gal in charge of Cricuts. Anyway, she said that those exclusive carts would go on sale at http://www.robertscrafts.com/ 30 days after they went exclusive at the other store. I haven't seen Serenade on there website though.
If you sign up for their e-newsletter you can get notice of there sales. They have carts on sale often!
Just thought you might want to know!
Blessings,
Christine

Loved seein those cards again! My cartridges are slowly but surely starting to pile up and I still haven't even learned how to fully use my Cricut yet! LOL I was wondering if there is going to be more focus on layouts this year? Not that I don't absolutely love doing cards, cause I do. Alot of the techniques I can use on my layouts too. Just curious. Keep up the great work!
